One on One with Chad 'The Pitbull' Malone

John Porter of Throughthecage.com had the opportunity to sit and talk with Chad Malone of Capital Jiu Jitsu. Malone is currently 3-0 and will be fighting for the middleweight title at Operation Octagon in Dulles, VA. Chad was a stand out Virginia high school All-Metro wrestler, Howard University alumni, and has obtained a Phd. from The George Washington University.

One on One with Jessie Mitchell Jr

With Operation Octagon just a few days away, I got the chance to squeeze in a few questions with Jessie Mitchell. Mitchell has been training in martial arts for over 19 years and is currently a trainer at LA Boxing. Jessie started in traditional martial arts at the age of 5 with tai kwon do, akido and kung fu, as he grew so did his intrestes and training in other styles such as capoiera, muay thai and boxing.
