R.I.E - American Cage Warriors Results

Throughthecage.com was present at R.I.E(Respect Is Earned): American Cage Warrior on July 30^th 2010 at the Dulles Sportsplex in Sterling, Virginia. My partners and I have never been to an R.I.E, because they’ve never brought fights to the DC Metropolitan area, but some of the bigger name fighters such as Jesse Rigglemen, Antwain Britt, Tyrone Woodley, and Freddy Assuncao brother of Raphael Assuncao have fought on the card to name a few.

50 Hottest Women in MMA?

I found an interesting article on BleacherReport that has the 50 hottest women in mma. I must agree there are some good looking women on this list. There are also some women on this list that could kick my ass so I will refrain from calling any of them out, but I just think the list needed to have a little more depth to it.

Barbarian Fight Club ~ Vindication Results

It was an exciting night for the Barbarian Fight Club on Saturday with most of the Vindication fights ending in the first or second round. Only three bouts went to decision, including the headline match between Eric "The Lion" Ellerbee and Ty "The Assassin" Blake. Ellerbee won the unanimous decision after proving the more aggressive fighter. During his post fight interview he made it known his desire to be "the greatest fighter in the history of the world."

Elite Fighting Challenge 7

Elite Fight Challenge returns on September 10th with their 7th event titled Impact. The event will take place in Virginia Beach at the Wave Convention Center. In attendance will be special guest Jason David Frank who formerly played the "Green Power Ranger" in The Might Morphin Power Rangers as well as former UFC and WEC standout Jens Pulver.

The fight card will consist of 13 bouts with fighters haling from camps such as Linxx Academy, MMA Institute, Hybrid Martial Arts, Team RAM, Team EVOLVE .
